In order to ensure the safety of our students, please complete the following permission form if your child is to catch a bus to and from school on a regular basis. This will help teachers to make sure your child leaves class with enough time at the end of the school day to catch their bus, as well as for the school to ensure there is supervision in bus zones.
Please complete this form, even if circumstances have not changed since last year, so that we can ensure that our information is current.
